Helping Women Rise, Heal, and Bloom Again
The Blooming Life Initiative is a faith centered empowerment and transformation movement dedicated to helping wounded or divorced women reclaim their identity, rise above their pain, and step into a vibrant life of purpose and wholeness. We are a safe space and healing community where brokenness is met with compassion, and shame is replaced with dignity and hope.
Our Story

The Blooming Life Initiative was born out of pain and out of hope. Our founder, Dr. Elizabeth Ibiloye, knows firsthand what it’s like to carry invisible wounds. She has walked through the shadows of childhood and marital abuse, the weight of mental health struggles, and the heartbreak of divorce that can shake a woman’s very identity. In those moments, she wrestled with the same questions many women ask themselves: Who am I now? How do I heal? Is there life after this pain?

Through God’s grace and a commitment to rebuilding her life piece by piece, Dr. Elizabeth discovered that brokenness is not the end of the story. Healing is possible. Identity can be reclaimed. Purpose can bloom again.

The Blooming Life Initiative was created to share that hope. We exist to empower wounded and divorced women to heal from trauma, overcome limiting beliefs, reclaim their identity, and rebuild lives rooted in purpose and confidence.

We believe no woman should have to walk this journey alone. That’s why we also launched The Rebuild Network — a safe space and mentorship ecosystem where women rebuilding after divorce can find community, connection, growth, and transformation.

What drives us is simple:

• We have been where you are.

• We know the pain of healing and starting over.

• And we know the beauty of what’s possible when you choose to rebuild.

At The Blooming Life Initiative, we walk with women from surviving to thriving — from brokenness to blooming — because we believe every woman deserves to live the fullness of her God-given purpose.

Healing After Pain

We understand the wounds of abuse, mental struggles, and divorce. Our mission is to guide you toward wholeness, helping you reclaim your identity and rebuild with confidence.

A Community That Cares

Through The Rebuild Network, you’ll find a safe space to connect with women who share your journey — a circle of mentorship, growth, and encouragement so you never walk alone.

From Brokenness to Blooming

We’ve walked the same path and know the beauty of choosing to rebuild. With faith, proven strategies, and support, we help you move from surviving to thriving in your God-given purpose.

Our Founder

Dr. Elizabeth Ibiloye is more than a coach and mentor; she is a woman who has lived the journey she now walks others through. She has overcome childhood and marital abuse, battled through mental health struggles, and endured the harrowing pain of divorce. For years, she wrestled with the confusion, rejection, and grief that comes with starting life over. But through faith, healing, and resilience, she rebuilt her life piece by piece, reclaiming her identity and stepping boldly into her God-given purpose.

Out of her own transformation, she founded the Blooming Life Initiative; a movement designed to empower wounded and divorced women to heal, grow, and thrive. She also created The Rebuild Nation, a mentorship and support ecosystem specifically for women navigating divorce, offering them a safe space for connection, healing, and rebuilding.

Dr. Elizabeth’s mission is simple: to show women that they don’t have to stay stuck in their pain or rebuild alone. She believes every woman has the power to rise, bloom, and live fully in the purpose God designed for her.

Today, she uses her story, her faith, and her coaching expertise to help women move from surviving to thriving with clarity, confidence, and courage.

Our Mission

The Rebuild Journey has been such a lifeline for me during a season where I’ve had to start over in so many ways. It has given me a safe space to reflect, heal, and feel less alone in my struggles. Through the encouragement and stories shared, I’ve been reminded that healing is not only possible but something I can actively walk in day by day.

The Rebuild Journey was indeed a journey. I didn't know what to expect when I signed up for the program but I'm glad I did. Divorce isn't something one ever plans for and there's really no way one could prepare in advance so when it happened to me I was a total wreck. I would say God used Dr Elizabeth to guide me on actionable steps to take to help me rebuild through this program. It wasn't just all talk, it was practical because she had also gone through this phase. Her experience gave so much life to the strategies she shared.

The Rebuild Journey was one comprehensive, impactful, vulnerable, refreshingly relatable, God-centered and worthwhile course for me. The impact in the 6 short weeks would definitely have a lifetime effect on the reshaping of minds and hearts after the devastating loss of what was meant to be a forever relationship. It’s your light for me Dr. Elizabeth, thank you for being proof that one’s pain can be purposeful when it is processed and refined.

The Rebuild Journey was truly what I needed next but didn’t know in detail what it looked like. It went way beyond dealing with things on the surface and exceeded my expectation. It wasn't classes just saying pick up your life and move on, it was classes helping me delve into how did I get here, healing from the brokenness that led me here and getting into battle-ready and birth-ready position for the journey to rediscovery and rebuilding.

During the six weeks Rebuild Journey program, I had to confront a lot of things that have kick started my healing journey. I can say that I'm not the same woman I was six weeks ago. I've grown and it's tangible. My mindset has shifted and I'm grateful to this program for this. If you are going through separation or divorce and you want to heal, grow and have a mindset shift then I highly recommend this program. This is want you need to kick-start your journey.

I had started my healing journey already before I met Dr Elizabeth but there were things that I could not put words to. She helped me give words to those things, Dr Elizabeth helped to birth a shift in my life and I’m still riding that wave. She’s also so wise and eloquent, even the smallest chat with her leaves an impact. Thank you Dr E! God bless you

Dr E is a gift that truly keeps on giving. I was hit with a harsh reality check some time last year and I was literally spiraling and very hurt. I felt led to share it with Dr E. She had the right words and asked the right questions. Her counsel was so sound and based on the word of God. The way she prayed for me from her heart and shared personal experiences. It was exactly what I needed at that point in time and it honestly kept me going on days that I didn’t know what else to do or look forward to. Fast forward, exactly 6months later, the way God turned my life around and used my life to answer this question she asked me “Does God taunt people?” still leaves me in complete awe. I truly believe Dr E was sent to me for such a time as this.

There are certain people whom God places in our lives at just the right moment, beacons of light in darkness, sources of strength in weakness, and bearers of hope when all seems lost. Dr. Elizabeth has been that person for me. When I felt too weak to pray for myself, she prayed with me. When I needed guidance, she spoke truth. When I felt defeated, she spoke strength into my life. In my hardest moments, she reminded me that even in pain, there is grace, growth, and a greater purpose at work. Her words were more than words; they were life-giving. I will forever be grateful for Elizabeth’s kindness, wisdom, and unwavering support.

Dr Elizabeth Ibiloye is a blessing to me and I am glad to have her in my corner...I personally admire her resilience, determined spirit and her excellent spirit in taking on life's challenges with a smile on her face. She's been through things that can break others and crush one's spirit, but in that she found God in a new way and her walk with God deepened and transformed her to be who she is today...I see her as a dynamite, because that sums up how I see her both internally and externally. She motivates me in many ways and her willpower pushes me to be a stronger and better person I can boldly say there is no better person to have as your coach as she is filled with wisdom, knowledge and understanding, led by The Holy Spirit and one can never go wrong with that combination.

One of the biggest mindset shifts I’ve experienced during the Fearless Forward Mastermind series is moving from a victim mindset to an ownership mindset. I now recognize that I have the power to shape my response to challenges, take responsibility for my growth, and I am trusting myself to navigate difficult situations with confidence.

After attending the Fearless Forward Course, I made the decision to create a small group within my school alumni to sponsor girls from low income homes. They responded well, and I even came up with a name for it to be an initiative...I thought they would back out but they embraced it. It will now be yearly to give back to our High school. Before this course, I would not have taken the leap. I would have waited for the right conditions etc., Thank you for the opportunity, exposure, and deliberate teaching methods.

The biggest shift I experienced in the Fearless Forward Course is the possibility mindset. I’ve implemented this on my current project and already seeing results. Last night, I had some work to do and it seemed like a lot. My default was to just say it wasn’t possible. I wouldn’t be able to do it. I needed support. But this morning, I decided to come in early and just start working on it. My manager saw it and said he was very very impressed. This is something I was afraid when doing that it won’t be good. I didn’t ask for any support - I just decided to start it myself and keep going. In front of everyone, he kept saying his the work was so good and everything met and surpassed his expectations. Thank you again Dr. Elizabeth and the entire team for this course. I am leaving equipped with a better mindset.

Eme E.

Just yesterday, I was asked to speak for IWD (my first ever speaking engagement) and I was honestly stoked that I was listed as speaker but also worried about being perfect so people will be impressed but I really leaned into being authentic, informal and detached being perfect from the whole thing. It was honestly a breeze. After I spoke, My CEO (to the hearing of the entire staff body) said and I quote “We did not make a mistake hiring you”. I am really grateful for this (Fearless Forward) course. It has really allowed me confront areas of my life I have ignored over the years.
